Mark Cozzi

Mark has over 20 years experience as a finance professional and private investor.  He spent 14 years of his career as an investment banker in New York and Chicago for Salomon / Citigroup.  At the end of his investment banking career, Mark was a managing director responsible for the firm’s relationships with important telecommunications and industrial clients.  Mark departed Citigroup in 2003 to pursue entrepreneurial and private equity opportunities.

Mark was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Leor Energy from 2005 to 2007.  Mark was a key contributor to the development of Leor Energy into one of the fastest-growing, independent natural gas E&P companies in North America. 

Mark currently is President of Lincoln Park Capital Group, a boutique firm that focuses on private investments and strategic consulting.  Mark has an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a BBA in finance and accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Mark is active with numerous civic and charitable organizations.
