Kevin Chase

Since 2007, Kevin Chase has been a Partner at McCormack & Associates, the country’s oldest and largest LGBT-owned executive search practice and a national leader in Diversity & Inclusion recruiting at the executive and Board level.  Immediately prior to McCormack & Associates, Kevin was the Managing Director of Mahler Private staffing, a provider of specialized recruiting services for the family offices and private estates of ultra high net worth individuals and families. 

Previously, Kevin was a Partner in the Los Angeles offices of Battalia Winston International and A.T. Kearney Executive Search and before that, the New York office of Paul Ray Berndtson for several years before relocating to California. His search experience includes dozens of senior executive and board searches in the finance, professional services and non-profit sectors. 

Kevin spent much of his early career in Tokyo, initially in the international public relations office of NEC Corporation and later with Haas International, Inc., a New York and Tokyo-based executive search boutique.  He began his career in public relations at Hill & Knowlton in 1989.

Kevin grew up in Bountiful, UT, and received a B.A. in public relations from Brigham Young University, where he minored in Japanese and also studied Spanish. He currently resides in the Faircrest Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles with the world’s most adorable retriever/spaniel mix-breed rescue.
