Zach graduated from UCLA as a Point Scholar, with college honors, in 2008 with a BA in History and a minor in Global Studies at the age of 20. Since graduation, Zach entered the television industry, working on ABC's Ugly Betty and CBS' Big Brother. Zach is currently an Assistant in Alternative Programming at CBS which creatively oversees Amazing Race, Big Brother, Survivor and Undercover Boss and well as developing new unscripted fare for the network.
